A 30% advance payment of the total reservation is required at the booking time.
The 70% remainder should be paid in full 7 days prior arrival via bank deposit.
Payment should be done via bank deposit always and proof of payment is required.
For early Check-in and/or late Check-out an extra amount will be charged according to case, season and availability.
A 15% of the total amount is due upon any cancellation or change of booking upon remittance of the advance payment. In booking changes or cancellations within 30 days before the arrival, the 30% reservation deposit due will apply.
A 5,000 Euro Guarantee deposit is required along with the remaining 70% payment in full, 7 days prior to arrival. This amount will be returned accordingly 3 days after the check-out and after inspecting and assuring the harm loss status of the property.
